Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property inspections and data collection (sales, leasing, construction costs).
- Conduct market, financial, and risk analysis to support valuations.
- Help produce valuation reports and provide insights on property value and risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced).
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for property and valuations.
- Has achieved or is currently studying towards an API-approved property degree.
- Experience in commercial real estate or client/stakeholder management is a plus.
