Recruitment Co-ordinator Salary: $80-$93 + Super Location: Melbourne Type: Full time on Site – Fix term Dec 2026 (18 months) with possibility to extend Keywords: Recruitment, Co-ordinator, Talent Acquisition, Process Improvement Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator for a full-time, fixed term position until December 2026. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. They will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

- Strong digital literacy skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams), HRIS database etc.

- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
