In the role of Product Owner, Transformation, you will join the Business Direct and Small Business Transformation Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Support development and execution of an integrated execution roadmap that achieves BDSB’s strategic ambitions
  • Contribute to the design and execution of cross-BDSB transformation initiatives to improve the customer and colleague experience, simplify our operating approach, strengthen processes, release capacity or deliver new capability
  • Work effectively with Group, Divisional and Business teams to ensure alignment of execution/transformation initiatives throughout the organisation
  • Lead execution of specific strategic initiatives/programs that contribute to BDSB’s strategic ambitions.
  • Gather insights from across Business and Private Banking to inform progress, challenges and potential interventions required to accelerate the transformation agenda.
  • Build a strong network of relationships within Business and Private Banking at NAB that enables you to have a handle on opportunities/issues that don’t show up on paper and solve for them.

You’ll need:

  • Strong professional experience in banking or financial services consulting
  • Experience delivering strategic initiatives in large organisations
  • Exposure to strategy development and translation into execution plans
  • Influencing and building relationships at a senior level
  • Knowledge of Business Banking segment viewed favourably but not essential
