A well-known national retailer is on the lookout for a People Systems Specialist to support and enhance its People & Culture systems. With a footprint spanning corporate and frontline operations, this role ensures the seamless performance of Dayforce, Salesforce (P&C Central), and SharePoint (OTR Hub), enabling accurate and efficient employee lifecycle management across the business.

- Assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of key P&C systems, including Dayforce, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal disruption to retail and support teams.
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders relating to people systems.
- Manage system updates and configurations to align with organisational and compliance needs.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity across platforms.
- Support the adoption of system features by providing guidance and training to P&C and broader business users.
- Stay informed on system roadmaps to identify and implement valuable enhancements.
- Contribute to system-based projects aimed at improving efficiency and user experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in a HRIS/People Systems, Business Analyst or Systems Specialist role.
- Demonstrated experience with Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of system implementation, integration, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (desirable).
