Head of Marketing – Lead Growth for a Global FinTech

We're seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead strategy, inspire creativity, and drive commercial results. This is a unique opportunity to own and define a locally tailored go-to-market strategy across brand, acquisition, content, CRM, and more. We're looking for someone with both strategic sharpness and bold creative vision.


As Head of Marketing, you'll own the Australian strategy-steering brand, Acquisition, Content, CRM, Social and Events. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, leading a large cross functional team to deliver standout marketing campaigns that will elevate the brand and drive growth.



What You’ll Be Responsible For:


  • Strategy: Define and lead the Australian marketing strategy, grounded in data, market insight, and consumer behaviour.
  • Brand Leadership: Develop and execute impactful brand campaigns to position the business as a market leader.
  • Growth & Acquisition: Deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives to acquire new customers, grow traffic, and deepen engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and grow a cross-functional marketing team across content, brand, CRM, and performance.
  • Performance & Budget: Own marketing performance metrics and oversee effective management of a budget.



You’ll Bring:


  • A wealth of B2C marketing experience, ideally in high-growth, digital-first or fintech environments.
  • Proven track record in building and executing integrated, data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, digitally native businesses.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • A bold creative mindset paired with commercial acumen and sharp strategic thinking.
