We’re currently partnering with a leading national organisation to find an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Business Partner. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that’s both well-established and constantly evolving — one that’s passionate about empowering regional communities through its work.

Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy and fostering a culture of high performance and engagement across a largely blue-collar workforce.

About The Role

In this role, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver high-impact P&C solutions that drive performance and support continued growth. Your remit will be broad, spanning employee relations, workforce planning, organisational design, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and build a high-performance culture.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, and investigations.
  • Support organisation design and workforce planning to align structure with business strategy.
  • Lead the execution of strategic people initiatives in engagement, diversity & inclusion, and EVP.
  • Contribute to ongoing cultural evolution and support change and transformation activities.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong ER/IR experience, particularly within blue-collar environments.
  • Proven ability to drive cultural and organisational change.
  • Highly effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Agile, collaborative, and passionate about building strong, people-focused workplaces.
