We’re currently partnering with a leading national organisation to find an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Business Partner. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy and fostering a culture of high performance and engagement across a largely blue-collar workforce.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and build a high-performance culture.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, and investigations.
- Support organisation design and workforce planning to align structure with business strategy.
- Lead the execution of strategic people initiatives in engagement, diversity & inclusion, and EVP.
- Contribute to ongoing cultural evolution and support change and transformation activities.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- Strong ER/IR experience, particularly within blue-collar environments.
- Proven ability to drive cultural and organisational change.
- Highly effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Agile, collaborative, and passionate about building strong, people-focused workplaces.
