About The Role

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing functions. By managing sales and marketing tasks, coordinating campaigns, and providing insightful analyses, you'll ensure the smooth operation of initiatives that make a difference to our business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Update sales tracking systems (CRM if applicable) with accurate client and prospect information.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, manage follow-ups, and organize documentation.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Handle client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Marketing Coordination

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO activities.
  • Update marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
  • Organize events such as client workshops, trade shows, and vendor/customer events.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Generate performance reports for sales and marketing.
  • Analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights.
  • Track KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
