Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Update sales tracking systems (CRM if applicable) with accurate client and prospect information.
- Coordinate sales meetings, manage follow-ups, and organize documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO activities.
- Update marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
- Organize events such as client workshops, trade shows, and vendor/customer events.
- Generate performance reports for sales and marketing.
- Analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights.
- Track KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of IT systems for sales alignment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
