As a Relationship Associate you will:

  • Drive customer advocacy by being an empowered case resolver for customer servicing enquiries
  • Complete customer requests in a timely manner
  • Be accountable for customer adoption of digital channels including education of customers to transition to self-servicing channels to simplify customer banking
  • Align to local teams and build relationships with customers through retaining local knowledge.
  • Be an expert in onboarding new to bank customers and completion of KYC requirements
  • Proactive management of the Term Deposit Rollovers and opening of new Term Deposit Accounts
  • Assist customers/bankers with Asset finance quotes, documentation and payout information for customers

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrate customer obsession and ability to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basis
  • Understanding of KYC onboarding compliance requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self-service channels
  • Foundational NAB System Knowledge, proficiency in Siebel, Ebobs and NABONE desirable

Please note your working days will be from Wednesday- Friday - 8.45am-5:30pm.
