Primary Objective: The Skills unit is responsible for designing, managing, and implementing programs and initiatives to grow a capable and skilled workforce and support economic growth through the regions. The Senior Program Officer will support the Skills Initiatives team in the development, management, delivery and evaluation of Vocational Education and Training grant programs and initiatives that meet skills needs and improve employment outcomes of Northern Territory industry, business, and individuals.
