We are seeking a hands-on Landscaping Supervisor to lead the delivery of in-house landscaping works across residential and civil development sites in Melbourne’s South East.
In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll be working directly with a leading developer (not subcontracted) and take charge of both soft and hard landscaping across new estates. You’ll manage a small internal team, coordinate materials and trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site landscaping activities across multiple subdivision/civil projects
- Supervise and lead a small internal landscaping crew
- Complete and manage a mix of soft and hard landscaping works (turf, planting, paving, retaining walls, irrigation)
- Interpret landscape plans and ensure works meet quality and compliance standards
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, equipment, and external trades as needed
- Liaise with internal construction teams to align landscaping schedules with build timelines
- Monitor safety standards, costs, and site progress
- Provide hands-on support when needed — especially early on
- Strong experience in landscape construction — ideally across both residential and civil projects
- Proven leadership skills as a Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Foreman
- Competent in reading and interpreting landscape/construction plans
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- White Card and current driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (highly regarded)
- Tickets in machinery operation (e.g. skid steer, excavator) are an advantage
- Full-time, permanent role with a steady pipeline of work
