Primary Objective: As a member of the Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service (NTFRS) Training and Development Command, facilitate and assist with the design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of workforce development/training programs for NTFRS members, including Volunteers, in line with RTO policies and procedures.
