About The Role

• Lead end-to-end operations at our Geelong site across brewing, packaging, engineering, and quality.
• Deliver consistency, innovation, and quality across a dynamic multi-beverage portfolio.
• Champion a strong safety culture and embed lean operating principles (TPM/zero-loss mindset).
• Inspire a passionate team and foster a people-first, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
• Balance creativity and commercial success, ensuring operational excellence while staying true to our craft roots.
• Be a visible and values-led leader — engaging with our people, community, and customers with pride.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• A proven manufacturing or brewery leader, ideally in FMCG or craft brewing.
• Strong technical knowledge across brewing, packaging, and/or engineering.
• Passionate about craft, community, and creating beverages people love.
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and leads with courage and heart.
• A champion of innovation, consumer obsession, and sustainability.
