About The Role
The Kindy Garden Early Learning Centre is offering a full-time traineeship opportunity to someone who is passionate about working with young children and ready to begin their career in early education.
As a trainee, you will study towards your Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) while gaining real experience in a professional and nurturing childcare setting.
You’ll work alongside a team of qualified, experienced educators who will support and guide you every step of the way.

You’ll work alongside a team of qualified, experienced educators who will support and guide you every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the daily care and supervision of children aged 0–5
- Supporting educators in setting up and running play-based learning activities
- Learning to observe, document and reflect on children’s development
- Helping with mealtimes, rest routines and hygiene
- Maintaining a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment
- Attending team meetings and engaging in professional learning
- A genuine love of working with young children
- Friendly, caring and motivated to learn
- Reliable and ready to commit to full-time work and study
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (traineeship requirement)
- Current (or willing to obtain) Working With Children Check
