About The Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges and wants to develop their e-commerce skills across multiple businesses.
What your day might look like
- Working with the CMO, eCommerce Coordinators and Marketing team, help develop and execute strategies to drive online sales
- Help lead our eCommerce merchandising efforts, enhancing user experience and increasing average order value
- Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign and tactical activities and implement digital best practices
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce trading and merchandising
- Strong background in CRO
- Proficiency in analyzing web metrics and deriving actionable insights
- Some technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience in consumer retail Ecommerce
- Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus but not a requirement
