Key Responsibilities Include
- Work as a member of a multidisciplinary and pharmacy team to provide clinical pharmacy services across the organisation
- Actively participate in ongoing education and training
- Participate and lead quality improvement activities and projects
- Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
- Participate in a weekend and on call roster
- Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
- Proven experience as a hospital pharmacist
