Description

  • Grade 2 Pharmacist
  • Full time, permanent role

Applications are sought from suitably qualified hospital pharmacists looking to expand their career working in the Pharmacy team at Echuca Regional Health. This role will work across all areas, including Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Surgical Ward, Rehabilitation and Outreach Pharmacy Services.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Work as a member of a multidisciplinary and pharmacy team to provide clinical pharmacy services across the organisation
  • Actively participate in ongoing education and training
  • Participate and lead quality improvement activities and projects
  • Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
  • Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
  • Participate in a weekend and on call roster

Qualifications/experience Required

  • Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
  • Proven experience as a hospital pharmacist
