THE ROLE
- Managing entire project from commencement to completion
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Manage client and subcontractor relationships
- Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
- Managing and maintaining the design process
- Development and management of project programmes & timelines
- Experience in estimating (highly desirable)
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
- Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
- Raise RFI’s and track responses
- Experience in a similar role, managing construction/remediation projects in a contractor environment
- Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
- A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
- Commercial acumen
- Programming and planning skills
- Contract awareness and cost tracking experience
- Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and internal team members
- Self-managing while working well in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
