The Technical & Integration Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is responsible for leading the technical design, development, and integration of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, as well as the successful implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, with a strong background in system integration, technical architecture, and project leadership.

You will play a key role in:

• Lead the technical design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations using X++, .NET, and other relevant technologies to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Design and implement integration solutions that connect Dynamics 365 F&O with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Define and oversee the migration of historical financial and operational data into Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing system enhancements, and addressing user inquiries.

Your profile

• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, with hands-on project delivery experience as a technical lead or integration expert in a client-facing capacity.
• Deep knowledge of core Dynamics 365 F&O functionality, including technical architecture, system integration, and data management.
• Proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies for developing customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with system integration concepts, data migration, and APIs for connecting external systems with Dynamics 365 F&O.
