About the opportunity
We are looking for an HR graduate who is proactive and detail-loving to join the OD and Diversity team. This role offers the opportunity to provide end-to-end support for key initiatives in organisational development and diversity. As the Group OD & Diversity Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating events, managing projects, and contributing to talent development, wellbeing strategies, and diversity efforts.
What you'll bring
- A degree in Human Resources and/or Organisational Psychology.
- Able to prioritise workloads, manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
- Willing to take initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team.
- Keen to grow your career in HR.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a clear focus on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with change and project management methodologies an advantage.
