The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a passionate and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our internal team. In this role, you will be the go-to technical support expert for our people, providing first, second, and third-level IT support. You’ll play a vital role in supporting staff onboarding and offboarding, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth operation of our day-to-day technology needs.

You’ll coach and assist internal teams, troubleshoot a range of technical issues, and continuously seek ways to improve our systems and infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver IT induction sessions for new starters and manage the offboarding process.
  • Monitor internal and hosted systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Maintain and configure monitoring tools and ensure proactive alerts are operational.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality support and resolve service requests efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot performance or application issues using logs and databases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for virtual server, service, and network projects.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Manage and support IT infrastructure including Active Directory, Office365, desktops, and laptops.
  • Maintain secure and reliable internal LAN, WLAN, and VoIP networks.
  • Keep technical documentation up to date to reflect the current environment.


About You

You’re an experienced and self-motivated IT professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping people solve problems. You take initiative, adapt quickly to new technologies, and enjoy continuous learning.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or 5+ years’ experience in a similar support role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with desktop support, networking, operating systems, and infrastructure technologies.
  • A passion for keeping up with emerging technology and infrastructure trends.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, databases, and automation.
  • Ability to set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and applications.
  • Exposure to applications like Salesforce or Castellan is a plus.
