About The Role

Reporting to the Residential Manager and with a team of indirect housekeeping reports, this role will be responsible for:

• Coordinating, monitoring and providing a range of hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning, to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• Acting as a "buddy" to new members of the hospitality team to assist them become familiar with the home and requirements of the role.
• Conducting regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and safety of the home and address any issues promptly.
  
  

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
• Good communication skills
• A reliable team player
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
