Ecommerce Merchandise Specialist
Cotton On Group

ABOUT US
The Bleacher Athletic team is a division of the Cotton On Group that has supplied on-field kits for the Geelong Football Club, as well as all AFLW clubs since the competitions inception 8 years ago. We also work with the NRL on supporter wear for every club. We work across other sporting codes and have big plans coming to expand even further across the sporting landscape. We also design and develop the Upstate Sport brand, focusing on women’s performance and streetwear inspired co-ordinates.
We stand for diversity, empowering people of all backgrounds to express their individual style and make their mark on the world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Bleacher Athletic team is on the hunt for an Ecommerce Merchandise Specialist to join our team on a 12 month contract and take our UPSTATE SPORT brand to the next level. Your goal will be to work with our team to achieve budgeted sales and gross profit through analysis and adjustment of merchandise stock levels, website integrity, range and position on several eCommerce websites including Upstate Sport, and The Iconic, as well as our Chapel Street Upstate store.
You will team with our content creation lead, to build ads following the eCommerce Equation strategies, aimed at rapidly building the brands reach and sales. You will have the chance to be hands on with our growing influencer database, as well as working with our amazing Upstate Studio instructors, to supply and request content alongside our content creation team.
You will focus on following the eCommerce equation strategy, with daily learning tutorials, and instructor calls, designed to rapidly build your skillset in ecommerce. This daily interaction provides constant updates in what’s happening in the ecommerce market, and the training to maximise these opportunities. This is designed to help you meet sales and growth budgets by using sales forecasting skills and web data analysis to determine trade activity, and report on progress to ensure that we are meeting our targets and objectives. If you are excited by delivering results that impact the success of online trade, and inspired by the opportunity to build the UPSTATE SPORT brand, then this could be your new role!
