About the opportuni
tyThe role contributes to the facilitation of doctrine throughout the document management lifecycle. This includes, development, maintenance and currency reporting of doctrine, such as: policy, procedures and supporting documents. These documents are essential to NSW SES, enabling Members to understand their role to respond effectively to safeguard communities from the risks of floods, storms and tsunamis and meet compliance of relevant Government legislation and standards. The role engages with doctrine writers, owners and sponsors to facilitate accurate and contemporary doctrine, in accordance with the NSW SES Policy Framework that is relevant and accessible to all NSW SES Member
s.

- will:Demonstrate work experience and passion for the administration of Policy Lifecycle, including development, implementation and currency repor
- ting.Have excellent communication skills and proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to work collaboratively working across different areas of the Ag
- ency.Undertake independent research and apply critical thinking in analysing information and make recommenda
- tionsHave strong attention to detail to ensure quality documents are deliv
ered.
