As part of our Estimating team, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Sales costings
- Variation costing
- Prestart costings
- Maintaining the Price Book
- This is a full-time, office-based position.
We are seeking a dedicated professional with:
- Previous experience in an Estimating role with a Perth based residential builder
- Excellent Building Industry knowledge
- Proficient in Excel and experience using Databuild preferred
- Ability to perform take-offs in an accurate manner
- Sound communication, organisational and time management skills
- Sound analytical skills and problem-solving ability to achieve the best outcome
- Capability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Team player with the capacity to work independently
