Brand Manager - White Milk (12-month fixed term contract)


The Role

Join a High-Achieving Team Driving Iconic Aussie Brands. We're on the lookout for a visionary and ambitious Brand Manager to join our marketing team on a 12-month contract, supporting our Marketing Manager - White Milk and Dairy Farmers Masterbrand.

In this pivotal role, you'll help shape the future of the White Milk category, working across some of Australia's most loved brands-DAIRY FARMERS, PURA, MASTERS, and BETTA. You'll play a key role in driving both current performance and long-term strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive activities that support growth of key brands within the White Milk portfolio.
  
• Partner with wider team as a project lead to explore, lead and manage NPD projects and deliver on business cases through Stage Gate.
  
• Lead cross functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor TTL campaigns with agencies and customers to ensure consistent execution of brand assets and messages at all touch points.
  
• Manage brand partnerships, including any connected sponsorships and promotions.
  
• Execute reporting on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity, NPD Reviews), and identify opportunities for improvements.
  
• Manage the Advertising and Promotion budgets across the White Milk portfolio.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or similar
  
• Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry
  
• Displays a curious mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards
  
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of brand and channel initiatives that achieve commercial outcomes
  
• Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow
