Your New Role:


Come and join the team at Sienna Grange Aged Care where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together’ model, raising the quality of living in aged care.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Lifestyle Assistants to join our friendly team at Port Macquarie on a part time basis

working Thursday and Friday and Saturday, 9am to 4pm - a total of 19.5 hours per week.


What does your new role look like?


  • Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery
  • Always ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers
  • Assisting with care plans and programs
  • Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
  • Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed

About you:


Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.


Does this sound like you?


  • Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure – highly desirable
  • Experience in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
  • Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities.
  • Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
  • Willing to obtain a NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
