ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a tech savvy individual to join our team as Paid Social Manager and lead a team of Paid Social Specialists and Coordinators.

At Cotton On we are passionate about creating brand awareness and connecting with our customer through our social channels. You will develop and implement our global paid social marketing strategy via a data-informed full-funnel approach, achieving both short- and long-term business media objectives.

As the Paid Social Manager, you will lead the team to manage, execute, and scale the paid acquisition strategy globally across all paid social channels to drive profitable growth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. PR, Social Media, Digital or similar
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience establishing across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Snapchat ad platforms
  • Ability to use analytical problem solving and research skills to identify areas of opportunity and provide insights on market activity
  • Exceptional leadership skills to develop and motivate a high performing team
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of organisation, project management and planning skills
  • Strong knowledge of web and social analytics platform tools essential
