Are you ready to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment where every day brings variety and purpose? South Coast Radiology is seeking a confident and caring Medical Receptionist to join our high-performing team based at John Flynn Private Hospital on the Gold Coast.

This is a full-time role with a 9-day fortnight (get a day off on Tuesday or Wednesday!)—perfect for someone looking to grow their healthcare administration career while maintaining work-life balance

What You’ll Be Doing Register patients and manage relevant documentation Answer calls and respond to enquiries with professionalism and empathy Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system Advise patients on preparation requirements and appointment details Quote and process payments, Medicare, DVA, and third-party claims Maximise efficiency by managing appointment flow and clinic operations

What We’re Looking For A warm, patient-focused communicator ️ Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems

️ Strong time management and multitasking ability

A team player with a can-do attitude
Empathy, professionalism, and a drive to support others Availability to work across a set Monday–Sunday roster

No prior medical experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to get you started.
