What’s Cooking? As our Nando’s Learning Specialist, you’ll craft, cook up, and serve sizzling learning experiences - taking ideas from spark to finish—bringing our Nando’s Learning Framework to life from a way that's as fiery and flavourful as our PERi-PERi! You will create some awesome content and resources along with some delivery and program management to support the Peri Hot focus on our main focus, our People. This isn’t just a desk job—it’s your chance to turn ideas into impactful learning tools that help our people thrive. From designing fresh digital content to collaborating with amazing teams, you’ll help take learning at Nando’s to the next level What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Create Digital Learning: Making learning fun, exciting and engaging through eLearning, video creation and editing along with digital resources
  • Relationships Building: Get close to our Restaurant Support (that's what we call our office team) and Restaurant teams to ensure that new training is extra hot for all our people
  • Develop Training Materials: Including the creation of all the cool stuff we have already mentioned along with facilitator guides and potential delivery (face to face and virtual)
  • Project Management: Manage the design process from concept through to implementation for digital learning materials along with some Program Management
  • Drive Outcomes: Measure effectiveness using data insights and analytics
The Skills to Set You on Fire
  • Got the creds? You've got a tertiary qualification in Instructional Design, Education, or you bring equally awesome experience to the table
  • ️ You’re a learning chef! You can cook up resources that are fresh, fiery, and fit for purpose—always seasoned with what’s hot in the world of L&D
  • Trend-savvy and creative. You know your way around modern learning design practices and principles like a true pro
  • ‍ A grown-up guru. You understand how adults learn best and can bring digital learning principles to life in a way that actually sticks
  • ️ Project pro. From idea to roll-out, you've managed learning projects end-to-end without breaking a sweat
  • ️ Tech-savvy and tool-ready. You’re all over SCORM, Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere, storyboarding, video editing, and the usual suspects in Microsoft Office
