A leading electronic payment company, who have been providing payment solutions for more than 30 years, is seeking an energetic and organised Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly team.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting banks and retailers with the coordination of EFTPOS terminal upgrades. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to book upgrade appointments with customers, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication throughout.

Included In What You'll Do

  • Attend to incoming customer queries regarding EFTPOS terminals.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule EFTPOS upgrade appointments.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries related to the upgrade process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Work across a rotating roster (between 8am-6pm).

What You Have

  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fast and accurate typing (~60wpm with 80%+ accuracy).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A friendly, proactive attitude and solid interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • The desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Salesforce experience is a bonus (but not essential).
