Business Analyst - Air Services

This Business Analyst role plays a key part in enabling service transition and digital transformation as part of a multi-year strategic initiative.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead business analysis activities across complex IT service transition/migration projects
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define and trace requirements
• Conduct stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and requirements workshops
• Align all project deliverables with internal frameworks, standards, and change processes
• Support reporting, schedule planning, risk tracking, and compliance documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors
• Ensure continuity of services with minimal disruption during implementation phases
  
  

About You

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in business analysis within project/program delivery environments
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting service transitions, particularly within ICT infrastructure or critical services
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality documentation and analysis
• Familiarity with project governance, reporting tools, and structured methodologies
• BABOK certification or similar desirable
• Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Baseline and/or national security clearance
