At BAT Australia, our Trade Representatives play a crucial role in successfully implementing company strategies with retailers. We are seeking driven, passionate, and ambitious individuals to join our Western Australia team and support in bringing these strategies from the ground up.

What you will be accountable for?
You will receive a competitive remuneration package starting from AUD $78,500 (based on experience) + 13% Super. Additional benefits include a company car and fuel, a new mobile phone, Flexible wellbeing allowance, social events, and an annual bonus.

What you will be accountable for?
- Effective execution of national campaign activities, including all aspects of Outlet Coverage and Territory Coverage Plans (TCP)
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial commercial relationships with external collaborators
- Foster effective working relationships with internal collaborators
- Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers
- Execute brand and trade strategies seamlessly at the store level
- Utilise category management principles to ensure awareness of category relevance at store level
- Continually develop your skill set in line with the evolving industry and regulatory environment
- Do you have strong social skills, ability to connect with people from all walks of life?
- Do you enjoy problem-solving and working in an agile environment?
- Previous experience in any sales or marketing role is an advantage
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and adept relationship management skills (internal and external partners)
