About The Role
The Clinical and Quality Advisor plays a key role in strengthening our clinical capability across the Kinyara Health Group. Through setting high standards of clinical care, best practice approaches to quality and training, this role is pivotal in ensuring Kinyara is known for its clinical expertise and outstanding care delivery, leading to excellence in client outcomes.

About The Role
The Clinical and Quality Advisor plays a key role in strengthening our clinical capability across the Kinyara Health Group. Responsibilities Include
- Provide expert clinical advice and support across the organisation
- Lead quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
- Mentor and train nurses and operations staff
- Conduct clinical audits and support regulatory compliance
- Identify and escalate clinical risks and non-compliance
- Drive stakeholder collaboration to enhance client care
- Develop, review, and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Analyse data from incidents, audits, and quality reports to drive improvements
We're looking for a clinically experienced, proactive leader with strong quality, governance, and mentoring skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality care, especially in aged care or disability services, and thrives in a dynamic, improvement-focused environment. You will also have:
- Aged Care, and/or NDIS management experience
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Postgraduate qualification in aged care, disability, or health management (desirable)
- Cert IV in training and assessment (desirable)
- Great organisational skills, ability to adapt and strong tech skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- A commitment to high-quality aged and disability care
