About The Role
The Quality and Improvement Advisor forms part of our Quality and Excellence team to ensure we are continuously finding ways to enhance our service quality and improve our client outcomes. Focused on driving strong continuous improvement with conducting internal audits, Responsibilities include supporting internal audits and assisting with quality processes to uphold standards and improve client outcomes.

About The Role
The Quality and Improvement Advisor forms part of our Quality and Excellence team to ensure we are continuously finding ways to enhance our service quality and improve our client outcomes. Responsibilities Include
- Ensuring our service delivery is always exceptional, focused on achieving the goals of our clients.
- Planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits, tracking outcomes, ensuring compliance, and supporting follow-up actions
- Analysing findings to drive continuous improvement and service quality.
- Collaborating with teams to support data-informed decision-making and initiatives.
- Coordinating policy reviews and contribute to quality systems and tools.
- Managing audit documentation, reporting, and policy review schedules.
- Contributing to quality systems, tools, and compliance frameworks.
You will be tertiary qualified in a clinical or allied health discipline with demonstrated sector experience. You will be an analytical individual with a fundamental urge and ability to find solutions through extracting insights from both qualitative and quantitative data. You will also have:
- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, continuous improvement practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and engage a range of stakeholders.
- Confident in supporting or delivering targeted training and coaching in response to identified service or practice gaps.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced service environment.
- Competency in digital tools for reporting, auditing, and education delivery.
