So, what does the role look like?
The Surveillance department at SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a customer focused individual with strong organisational skills and a high level of integrity to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including monitoring all activities within the casino and investigating matters to conclusion. You will need to have availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts over a 24/7 roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
What you will look like?
Previous Surveillance experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided, however knowledge of Casino gaming and / or operations would be an advantage.

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Sound mathematical and computing skills
- An enquiring mind with the tenacity to thoroughly investigate matters to a conclusion
- A systematic approach to problem solving
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
