About The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Administrative Support Officer to join our dedicated team supporting the Social Mission and Community Engagement Executive Team. Under the guidance of the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our mission-driven work progressing smoothly and efficiently. Based in Blackburn, Victoria, this role is a full-time permanent role that enjoys flexible work from home conditions

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated National SMCE Administration Support to join our Social Mission and Community Engagement department

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this is a Permanent full-time role, located in Blackburn, Victoria

You will successfully

  • Prepare accurate, confidential correspondence and documentation, ensuring timely submission and organised filing.
  • Deliver full secretarial support, including calendar management, travel and event coordination, and handling communications.
  • Manage financial tasks such as payment processing, reimbursements, and finance queries.
  • Support onboarding, maintain office supplies and inventory, and manage shared resources.
  • Perform general admin duties including data entry, reporting, supply purchasing, chart updates, and newsletter coordination.

You will have

  • Significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (Desired)
  • Passion to make a meaningful contribution in a role that supports a purpose- driven mission
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and engage effectively
  • Working with Children check is required.
