About the Marketing Team
The Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning and delivery of G+T’s digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on website content, SEO, email campaigns and analytics. Reporting to the Senior Communications and Digital Marketing Manager, the role works closely with the Business Development team, Design and practice groups to publish and optimise digital content that supports firm priorities
About the role
Key focus areas include using data and engagement insights to refine strategy and improve content performance and providing regular actionable insights to support Business Development and client relationship strategies. The role also manages the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Develop and lead Search Engine Optimisation strategy, including keyword research, on-site optimisation, and technical improvements to enhance visibility and performance.
- Conduct regular Search Engine Optimisation audits and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimise website structure and content to align with Search Engine Optimisation best practices.
- Report on digital performance using Google Analytics and Power BI, providing actionable insights.
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns in collaboration with business development, design and communications teams.
- Manage the email marketing platform (Swift), including campaign setup, segmentation and reporting.
- Create and publish website and social media content aligned with firm priorities.
- Implement engagement metrics to assess marketing effectiveness and inform strategy.
- Oversee and support the development of the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools and innovations to continuously improve the firm’s digital presence.
About you
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role, or as an established Digital Marketing Specialist looking to take that next step in your career.
In addition, you will have:
- 5+ years in a digital marketing role at a professional services firm, ideally within a law firm.
- Proven track record of development, oversight, and implementation of digital marketing strategies and data driven outputs.
- Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
- Experience in reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
- Relevant degree qualification
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with BD, design, and other teams.
