About the Role

As the Facilities Contract Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service outcomes. This role supports the client in managing the operational performance of vendors through data-driven insights, analysis and investigation of operational expenditure across our client's portfolio.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyse and investigate maintenance expenditure across the portfolio to identify efficiencies.
  • Monitoring budgets, service levels, and performance to achieve KPI targets.
  • Leading and mentoring a small team, ensuring skill development and succession planning.
  • Driving compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


About You

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:


  • Demonstrated experience in developing a plan to create expenditure efficiencies across a multi-site portfolio.
  • Experience in analytics and ability to identify areas for improvement regarding facilities maintenance.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
  • Proven success in managing multi-site Facilities Management portfolios (desirable)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire team performance.
  • Exceptional customer focus with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in project planning, safety management, and compliance systems.
