Site Manager - $100 mil Government Project - Pacific Islands

About The Company

This builder is well known for delivering new build and refurb projects across Australia and surrounding countries. They do a lot of government work and have made a name for themselves in this space. They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team, working on a $100 mil government project in the Pacific Islands.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Supervise and manage the project through to completion
• Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
• Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
• Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
• Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
• Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems
  
  
  

About You

• Experience within the commercial projects - completing projects over $50 mil
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
• Have proven experience in completing multiple jobs start to finish
• Experience working within the Australian construction market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally come from a trade background
