The Role


Keyton is seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Senior Strategy Manager to shape the strategic direction and drive the commercial success of our organisation. This pivotal role will lead strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and provide critical insights to support sustainable growth and enhance business and customer value.


You will:

  • Conceptualise, lead, coordinate, and deliver high-impact strategic and confidential initiatives, leveraging business opportunities to drive profitability and advance organisational objectives
  • Conduct market, competitor, and performance analysis, being the subject matter expert that can identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop financial models and evaluate business performance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and maintain strategic dashboards to track performance against key goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and contribute to policy development in the retirement living sector.
  • Support investor and external relations and activities to contribute to business development efforts.



Your Background


  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Strategy, Business Valuation, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience in managing investor relations and contributing to executive-level decision-making.
  • Proven experience in strategy development or project management, ideally within Property, Healthcare, Aged Care, or Retirement Living sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing new business opportunities and executing transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
