Purpose of the Role
- Build and nurture a high-performing team, manage workforce planning and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Direct daily loading of distributors & associated supply, ensure safety standards and process are adhered to aligned to national policy & compliance
- Identify, recommend and implement process and cost improvements where identified.
- Ensure warehouse is maintained in an appropriate condition – audit ready everyday
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Develops strong and collaborative relationship with suppliers and clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- Min 3-5 years+ supervisory experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and stakeholder management
- Excellent knowledge of data analytics and forecasting methods
- Extensive experience with SAP, Inventory Management Systems & MS Office products
