We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse & Inventory Manager at our Carrara bakery. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this role focuses on optimising warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and safe movement of all raw materials and finished products, and implementing national standards and strategies

Purpose of the Role

  • Build and nurture a high-performing team, manage workforce planning and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Direct daily loading of distributors & associated supply, ensure safety standards and process are adhered to aligned to national policy & compliance
  • Identify, recommend and implement process and cost improvements where identified.
  • Ensure warehouse is maintained in an appropriate condition – audit ready everyday
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Develops strong and collaborative relationship with suppliers and clients

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Min 3-5 years+ supervisory experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and stakeholder management
  • Excellent knowledge of data analytics and forecasting methods
  • Extensive experience with SAP, Inventory Management Systems & MS Office products
