Client Service Specialist - Insurance

About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the focus of this role is to provide brokers with efficient support to ensure the ongoing growth of the portfolio. In addition, you will:
- Assist in the preparation and administration of all insurance related documentation.
- Processing all orders, invoicing, reconciliations, debtor follow ups and an array of ad hoc tasks.
- Develop your market knowledge and expertise in domestic and commercial insurance.
- Hybrid working arrangements available
To be successful you will demonstrate experience in a similar administration role preferably within financial services and ideally with strong insurance knowledge. You will:
- Have extensive administration experience, insurance industry advantageous.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to your work.
- Be able to work autonomously with an action-oriented approach.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meet strict deadlines while actioning multiple segments of work.
- Demonstrate exemplary time management skills
- Exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence
