About The Role

  • Fosters strong, respectful communication between Allianz and key stakeholders, including the MACC Commissioner and government representatives, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
  • Collaboratively prepares high-quality written materials, such as memorandums and reports, in consultation with leadership and aligned with MACC values and voice.
  • Guides the coordination and delivery of essential documentation, supporting teams to meet deadlines and maintain excellence in presentation and detail.
  • Leads with empathy and care in responding to sensitive matters such as complaints and media inquiries, ensuring thoughtful stakeholder engagement and resolution.
  • Nurtures a positive, inclusive communication culture by role modeling emotional intelligence, supporting strong governance, and engaging teams in key decisions.

About You

  • Brings a collaborative approach to communication and case management, drawing on claims experience to navigate complexity, build trust, and support fair, timely outcomes.
  • Communicates with warmth and clarity, using strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to connect, influence, and inform with impact.
  • Cultivates authentic, trust-based relationships across teams, government bodies, regulators, and service partners through collaboration and respect.
  • Uses critical thinking and intuition to interpret data, navigate complexity, and independently deliver outcomes aligned with shared goals.
  • Grounded in strong academic and technical foundations, with deep understanding of legislative frameworks, systems, and tools to support effective decision-making.
