Workyard is a growing startup developing an industry changing workforce management SaaS solution for the construction industry. In a market where $300 billion is spent annually on labor, we are fundamentally transforming the experience for both companies and workers by adding trust, transparency, and modern technologies to the work management process.
We’re seeking a B2B SaaS Growth Manager to grow demand at scale, leading new customer acquisition with a focus on landing page and conversion rate optimisation, experimentation and iteration. Your mission will be to grow demand at scale. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Growth
This is a hybrid role: 2 days in our Sydney office (Surry Hills), 3 days remote
Responsibilities
Landing Page Optimization & CRO
- Own and optimize landing pages, ensuring a frictionless user experience that maximizes conversion rates.
- Utilize A/B testing, heat mapping, and user journey analysis to refine design, copy, and CTAs.
- Implement systematic testing programs to continually improve key conversion metrics.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting budgets and strategies to meet ROAS, CPA, and CAC targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and/or external agencies to develop compelling ad creative and landing page experiences that drive conversions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Work with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude , Google Analytics, or similar) to measure campaign performance and user behavior.
- Provide ongoing performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign strategies and online experience improvements.
Growth Strategy & Experimentation
- Identify, propose, and implement new growth channels, tactics, and experiments to expand our user base and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust testing roadmap that focuses on continuous improvement of user acquisition and conversion metrics.
- Leverage customer feedback loops (e.g., NPS surveys, user interviews) to refine audience targeting and messaging.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to drive implementation of front-end changes and ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to align growth initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Present findings, learnings, and recommendations to cross-functional leaders, influencing product roadmaps and marketing budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4-6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally Saas-based products or equivalent, and across platforms
- Proven experience in user acquisition and landing page optimisation, with a focus on process and outcomes
- Proficient in developing, launching and monitoring experiments
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate decisions clearly
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
