I-MED Radiology is seeking an experienced and passionate PET/NM Modality Manager to lead our high-performing team at our Traralgon clinic in Gippsland, Victoria.

Key accountabilities include:

Workforce Management: Collaborate with the Area Chief to efficiently plan and manage the daily workforce, ensuring optimal staff rostering, annual leave planning, and management of absences.

Leadership and Mentorship: Manage, develop, and mentor staff, and trainees providing clinical guidance and support within the clinic.

Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of outstanding service and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Nuclear Medicine and PET department to maintain high-quality standards.

Quality Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives, reviewing and refining work practices to enhance both clinical outcomes and financial performance.

Patient-Centric Approach: Provide the highest level of patient care by performing routine and specialised medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards.

Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively manage, coach, and lead clinic staff, creating a cohesive and motivated team.

Clinical Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in performing high-quality examinations, employing correct techniques to industry standards or above.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with radiologists, patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing.
