Regional Operations Manager

 Full-time | Permanent | Relocation Support Available

 Up to $295,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle or Allowance + Phone Allowance

We have been exclusively engaged by a high-performing national industrial services provider in seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead its operations across the Gladstone region. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business overseeing shutdowns, maintenance, and multi-disciplinary project delivery in a role offering both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a regional operation generating ~$60–80M in annual revenue
• Oversee service delivery across multiple client sites and contracts
• Drive P&L accountability, commercial performance, and safety leadership
• Develop and mentor a team of 6–10 direct reports across operations, commercial and site leadership
• Support tender development and client engagement to win and grow accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, environmental and quality obligations

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in shutdowns, mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial services
• At least 5 years in a senior management role leading operational teams
• Strong commercial acumen and financial reporting capabilities
• Proven ability to lead teams, engage clients, and resolve complex operational challenges
• Safety-first mindset and strong working knowledge of WHS and QA systems
• Willingness to relocate to Gladstone (relocation support available)
