Senior Digital Producer

We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer who can establish, deliver and optimise programmes of work across multiple clients through effective delivery team leadership and management whilst delivering an excellent client experience.This role is a client facing Senior Producer with account management, marketing and stakeholder management experience, and experience in delivering complex digital projects.

You’ll join a team of 40+ friendly Inlighters, working flexibly between home and our purpose-built Clifton Hill office, designed with hybrid work in mind.

As our new Senior Producer you'll

• Manage your portfolio of clients and take full ownership of their customer success.
• Manage a variety of lead projects from project set up & scoping through to deployment and continuous improvement
• Driving a program of work with your client, to build out more consistent opportunities over time and build solid relationships
• You will be responsible for utilisation & capacity planning for your cross-functional team alongside a dedicated Engineering Manager to deliver programmes of work and drive team performance important, not just projects
• Manage project documentation and report on project success, estimates, statement of work, reports, budgets, risk management and project rituals to deliver on time, on budget and a great client experience
• Managing client expectations, negotiating conflicts and aligning project expectations and required outcomes
• Manage backlogs, prioritisation and commercial projections across your accounts and delivery team.

You 're someone who

• Has experience in successfully delivering digital projects
• Has experience in managing clients and a demonstration of building trusted partnerships
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage project scope and changes
• Has exceptional time management skills and can demonstrate a planned and organised approach to projects
• A good understanding and passion for digital
• Good judgement and confidence in risk identification, mitigation and escalation
• Is proactive and takes responsibility for your work
• Has a collaborative approach and the ability to motivate and achieve outcomes through others
• Is calm under pressure and can lead and reassure others
• Gets excited by the complexity of working on a variety of different projects at the same time
• Enjoys learning from your successes (and failures) and sharing with the wider team to continuously improve.
