Your Accountabilities Will Include

  • Managing tenancy processes within the related Act
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with renters while working closely with support services to support them to sustain their tenancy.
  • Ensure property maintenance (e.g vacated maintenance, emergency repairs and responsive maintenance).
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Identify potential tenants for vacant properties using the Victorian Housing Register and referral sources.
  • Undertaking inspections and condition reports.

Your Skillsets/background

  • A background in Residential Property Management, Community Housing/Homelessness services, Social Services or Non for Profits would be beneficial.
  • Great customer service, providing friendly and detailed service.
  • High level of administration, organisation and an eye for detail.
  • A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and the ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
  • Driver’s licence with reliable transport.
  • A Working With Children Check and Police Check
