Your New Role

As a Delivery Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning, monitoring, and delivery to drive outcomes and ensure the successful delivery of all regulatory communications to members. This role ensures efficient execution of multiple initiatives within set deadlines and budgets, while upholding high-quality standards.

Your key responsibilities include:


  • Lead prioritisation, planning, and execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously, working with stakeholders to define scope, prioritise and sequence work, and create detailed delivery plans
  • Drive delivery management for all regulatory communications and specific initiatives, collaborating with business and product owners, Marketing, Member Analytics & Capability, Member Engagement, Annual Statement team, Technology Leads, other Delivery Leads, and sponsors
  • Monitor delivery progress against planned objectives, implement controls to keep multiple initiatives on track, and adjust plans as needed

You excel in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging data insights to drive innovative solutions, and maintaining a proactive approach to risk management and decision-making.

You will bring:


  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects within complex, matrixed environments, with a consistent track record of leading projects to successful and high-quality outcomes
  • Experience working with Agile teams and methodologies
  • Proven experience establishing detailed scope definitions and maintaining rigorous scope control throughout the execution of projects
  • Ability to clearly engage with various stakeholders, including key business stakeholders, executive level, and technical specialists
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, along with the ability to develop and execute contingency plans
