About The Role

The Systems Integration Manager is responsible for managing Systems Integration development and implementation including Testing and Commissioning; adhering to SI and testing principles, practices and procedures; and ensuring the project completed is safe and conforms in all standards and requirements.

About The Role

• Manage Systems Integration, Testing and Commissioning functions throughout the project life-cycle from tendering, design, manufacturing, construction, testing & commissioning and handing over
• Lead dynamic testing of automated railway involving rolling stock, signaling, central control, communications, platform doors, tunnel ventilation, traction supply and other related rail systems.
• Review the Systems Integration and Testing & Commissioning Documentation from sub-contractors
• Ensure integration activities, testing targets and objectives being met as defined in the project program
• Lead the planning and control of all testing requirements, resources and test equipment

About You

• Tertiary Technical and Professional qualifications in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in automated (GoA4) railway systems Integration and testing & commissioning
• Design and contraction experience in Rail or related industry
• Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
• Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
