The Systems Integration Manager is responsible for managing Systems Integration development and implementation including Testing and Commissioning; adhering to SI and testing principles, practices and procedures; and ensuring the project completed is safe and conforms in all standards and requirements.

About The Role
The Systems Integration Manager is responsible for managing Systems Integration development and implementation including Testing and Commissioning; adhering to SI and testing principles, practices and procedures; and ensuring the project completed is safe and conforms in all standards and requirements.
About The Role
- Manage Systems Integration, Testing and Commissioning functions throughout the project life-cycle from tendering, design, manufacturing, construction, testing & commissioning and handing over
- Lead dynamic testing of automated railway involving rolling stock, signaling, central control, communications, platform doors, tunnel ventilation, traction supply and other related rail systems.
- Review the Systems Integration and Testing & Commissioning Documentation from sub-contractors
- Ensure integration activities, testing targets and objectives being met as defined in the project program
- Lead the planning and control of all testing requirements, resources and test equipment
About You
- Tertiary Technical and Professional qualifications in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in automated (GoA4) railway systems Integration and testing & commissioning
- Design and contraction experience in Rail or related industry
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
