FRIDAYS, Brisbane’s iconic riverside rooftop bar, is on the hunt for an experienced, dynamic Entertainment-Focused Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our team and keep the good times rolling.

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action — driving operations, inspiring the team, and ensuring every night is one to remember. Your focus will be on entertainment, so we want someone who can read the crowd, work with promoters and DJs, and keep the venue buzzing from open to close.

We Are Offering

  • Generous Salary $76,000 - $80,000 + Super
  • KPI Bonus - $5000

Essential Requirements

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum two years of experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
  • Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
  • Be available to work across weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
